Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or requesting recovery, roadside, repair or MOT services from Jatt Recovery, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Our Services
Jatt Recovery provides vehicle recovery, roadside breakdown assistance, accident recovery, long-distance transport, motorbike and car recovery, car repair and bodywork, and MOT testing up to Class 7. Response times are given in good faith and may vary with traffic, weather, location and demand. We will always aim to reach you as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee a specific arrival time.
Quotes, Pricing & Payment
Prices quoted are estimates based on the information you provide and may change if the actual job differs (for example distance, vehicle type, weight, or recovery conditions). Any price change will be made clear before work proceeds wherever practical. Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Your Vehicle & Responsibilities
You confirm you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorised to request its recovery, repair or transport. You are responsible for removing valuables and personal belongings before recovery or transport. Please disclose any known faults, modifications or hazards (for example a leaking fuel tank or an immobilised vehicle) so we can carry out the work safely.
Liability
We carry out all work with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, for loss of items left in a vehicle, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.
MOT Testing
MOT tests are carried out in line with DVSA standards. An MOT confirms a vehicle met the minimum legal standards at the time of test and is not a guarantee of ongoing roadworthiness or a substitute for regular servicing. Advisory items noted on a test are provided for your information.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
